You nailed it. The Left does not recognize any legal system that thwarts the pursuance of their agenda. The Constitution for them is an archaic construct opposed to the rule of a select group of elites who exists as parasites of the commoners. It is a modern day feudalism of lords and vassals bound by the economic ideology of Marxism.
