I wasn’t suggesting that I was going to infiltrate their group but I don’t bathe much and already have very long hair and a thick beard. My diet is almost all meat though and that’s not up for any adjustments. ;-)

I have started drifting to that and I am losing weight like crazy and almost never hungry.
I think your body figures out it is getting all the protein it needs. And giving up bread you start to absorb more nutrition from your food.
