DisruptJ20, the effort to organize locally to ensure no peaceful transition for the Trump administration, is transitioning to a local organizing body called ResistThis!
ResistThis is an umbrella organization which is working to coordinate and connect activist groups in Washington, DC. We will strengthen local organizing in the belly of the beast by providing training, holding spaces for spokes councils and assemblies, maintaining a listerv and a database of volunteers, and launching a website with a calendar of local events and other resources.
You can become involved through working groups, which are listed on our website. There is a volunteer sign-up on each of the working group pages if you want to get involved with one or multiple. If youre in the DC-area, join us for our monthly spokes council on Saturday, April 22! At the spokes council, youll be able to learn more about what each cluster is working on and get involved in efforts that include organizing for May Day, the Peoples Climate March, Pride, and National Police Week.
Of course, we couldnt do any of this without the support of those who stood with us and targeted communities on January 20, those who helped make that day as momentous and powerful as it was. We still need your support.

curious as to how your weight is on an all-meat diet
I have started drifting to that and I am losing weight like crazy and almost never hungry.
I think your body figures out it is getting all the protein it needs. And giving up bread you start to absorb more nutrition from your food.
Keep a few carbs in your diet to avoid what I’ve called a carb crash, you’ll hit a wall with craving carbs and go off the diet if you don’t.
All meat might be a bit of an exaggeration but don’t like fixing vegetables. I like eating them OK but I just don’t fix them. I’m 6’2” and have never gotten over 160. Usually more like 155. I’ve tried gaining weight by eating as much as I can but I end up getting heartburn which puts me off of eating until that settles back down.
