You are wrong regarding the airline’s actions. I did see the video and did hear him threaten a law suit if the airport police tried to remove him. I don’t dispute that.

His past convictions have no bearing on this incident. There is nothing to indicate he is not currently practicing medicine. It could well be under certain restrictions by the medical board, I don’t know.

Not defending his convictions but it does not take much to get a felony charge when drugs are involved. Also 98 counts does not mean he was alleged to have done this 98 times but refers to the number of pills he trafficked/prescribed.

Yeah he had a sordid past and I hope for his patient’s and family’s sake he has moved on.
