I wonder if anyone can cite Exactly what Crime he or anyone would be Guilty of for having conversations with Russian Diplomats??

Even if there was Co-Ordination and Collusion, please CITE THE CRIMINAL CODE making it Illegal.

Presumably the hacking itself would be a crime, but anything else would probably depend on the intended purpose of the hacking. If the purpose were to elect Trump, I'm not sure what the crime would be, but if it was to assist Russia at the expense of the US, it might be considered treason.

They would probably label it as espionage. What bothers me is that they keep asserting as fact that the Russians hacked the DNC/Hillary to help Trump...yet there’s zero evidence of this. This seems to be the basis, Trump colluded with the Russians and they helped him win by hacking these servers to hurt Hillary - yet Julian Assange has stated, repeatedly, it was not the Russians. Even Tucker Carlson let his guest make this same assertion go unchallenged.

My guess is this, they ALL know that the Russians ALWAYS try to meddle in some way. So this just becomes a convenient puddle-of-mud to try and derail an enemy. I’ll also assume that the Democrats have colluded with the Russians in the past against Republicans, so they assume the other side does the same.

Except there’s nothing there. They’re paranoid because of their own practices.
