President Trump recently hosted conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh for dinner at the White House, according to a new report.
Limbaugh and his wife had dinner with the president, Vice President Pence and Pence's wife Karen at the White House on March 23, Politico reported on Wednesday.
Ive known President Trump for many years and have played golf with him in Florida, Limbaugh said in a statement to Politico. He is a magnificent host and spending time with him is immensely enjoyable.
Trump also invited Fox News host Jeanine Pirro, host of Justice with Judge Jeanine over for dinner at the White House the same week, according to the report. Trumps dinner with long-time friend Pirro reportedly came days before he tweeted to plug her program, during which she urged House Speaker Paul Ryan to step down following the Republicans defeated plan to repeal and replace ObamaCare.
The White House said Trump is simply a "fan of the show."
Rush was originally THRILLED about the Trump candidacy. Then almost immediately he did a 180.
The only explanation is that Rush’s handlers/backers/owners of blackmail materials TOLD him to not support Trump or else.
Rush is a pansy. NOT trustworthy. Do not trust Him Mr. President.
Good advice.
Fixed.
not even a little bit true. dumb.
during the primaries, rush bent over backwards to be neutral—meaning he talked out of both sides of his mouth at one time. after the nomination, trump was completely in for trump.
Who cares what the MSM is saying? Just look a reality. It is hard, ugly and not fun at all. But the truth is truth. Rush is not a true patriot in the purest sense of the word.
Rush is Libertarian. If he would drop the pretenses of conservatism(pre WWII style) I would have no issue.
.............
If you mean that rush is not a sean hannity conservative —then yeah I’d agree. but these are matters of emphasis.
To PP: Repetition is not a rebuttal.
You are wrong about that. Free trade comes with massive foreign elitist entanglements and global overseeing institutions.
Plus, it is not truly “free trade” as Trump has explained and America has witnessed up close and personal.
