“When did “repeal” become “repeal and replace?””

THIS.

We didn’t want “replace”. We want the government OUT of the healthcare monopoly business. Tear down barriers to selling people what they actually want and can afford.

Exactly. I confess that if we HAD to have government injecting itself in Health insurance, the one thing I would support is a law that prevented companies from including health insurance as part of their compensation package.

The way to make something expensive is to make sure those using it are not the ones paying for it. Make it like car insurance and bread and milk, and watch competition drive the price down.
