BLM promote killing cops. Blue Lives Matter defends cops. Blacks don’t get to kill cops and get away with it. Defending cops is not racist.
I would argue that the HOA should have recognized it as racist within the first 5 days that they were aware of it. Seeing how it was up for a few years, they have accepted it as ordinary, and not racist. You can’t take years to file a complaint. Try filing a grievance elsewhere several years after the event.
I don't think there's any such thing as BLM flags. Their territory is marked by burned out cars and buildings.

Wait just a minute. The only way the flag can be racist is if St. Johns County has a policy of not hiring black officers. She should turn it back on the county and keep flying whatever flag she wants.

Yup. Full of lies and pretty much untouchable. But, “I” hereby decree, declare and deem that the black lives matter flag and term to be racist. BOOM! That ought to take care of that. Purty simple.
