Agree. Also think that all “fee good” programs should be eliminated. Unfortunately the bill would never get out of the House, let alone the Senate. He who delivers the most pork gets the most votes and the longer this bill delays the closer it gets to the 2018 mid-term reelection. Republicans are the biggest weenies in the world.

Promise to cut the fed budget by a lousy 1 percent, and you might be out of a job. Why?
