Try meditation Ueriah. Just focus on your breathing for 10-20 minutes at a time. It’s helping me to deal with fear over a similar situation to yours.
But the unknown is the scariest part. Once you know what you are dealing with. I’ll bet there will be some feelings of relief for you.
Have Faith. Rely on trustworthy people( good Freepers are a start!) .
