The coyotes around here will weigh 50-60 lbs and run in packs. They kill dogs and eat cats like candy.
Yep. They grow pretty big around here, too. Range up and
down the river below us. We hear them howling at night; the
little ones have a high-pitched howl & Dub answers them,
telling them to keep away from her turf. They seem to
understand each other. Boo-Boo Cattbutt is not afraid of
anything or anybody. Claws like razors. Fang likes to pick
fights with her; fights he can’t win. She sheaths the claws
for me because I cry. (She loves me better than she does
Fang!) Not really; but she should love me better.
