On top of that; that so-called black culture is holding them back from succeeding in America due to the inherent racism black culture has. I'm even going to out on a limb and say what a lot of people think; blacks tend to be the most racist people in America. They can't get over their black skin color or their African roots except for they have almost nothing in common with a regular African in Africa other than the melanin in their skin.
Blacks, and to a lesser extent, Hispanics pass this racism down from generation to generation while the average white household (yes; I know there are plenty of racist whites too) tend to teach their kids to forget about skin color and focus more on character. I grew up in such a household and was surprised at first to find out how racist blacks were when there were two of them and one of me then shocked to find out it was so wide-spread. I was taught racism by black and Hispanic people. I didn't learn it at home or in class. My own mother was born and raised in Sicily and didn't speak much English when I was born. This racist culture is actually nurtured in some minorities. Hopefully not every single last one of them but most of them for sure and they have no intention of changing that propagation of hate from generation to generation.
It is what it is and I'm just sayin' it like I've seen it. I truly wish it weren't so but it is.
There was a time when my neighbors needed somebody to watch their granddaughter for a day, so we (actually the Mrs. and our two teen girls) took her around with them in her baby seat. Little cutie-pie, all eyes and hands, just looking at everything so seriously, and stealing hearts everywhere they took her.
We only did it the one time, because when her father found out that his parents had allowed his baby girl had been in the care of white people (yes, we live in a pepper-and-salt neighborhood), he declared in no uncertain language that it was not to happen again.
She's grown up now, had several kids of her own by various baby-daddies.

Noted that you felt it needful to include that parenthetical disclaimer. For my part, I would point out that in the current culture, whites are racist by definition. The same definition exempts all others from the charge.
