Fox is all over it now. They had Whorealdo semi-defending the wire-tapping as “legal”, but now they have some actual experts on talking about it. The whole situation is above my pay grade, but I will strive to understand the whole legal mess.

As per Fox the judge did approve the wiretap for the purposes of monitoring the Trump server sand possible connections to Russia, but after it was learned that there WAS no connection, the Obama people and NSA continued to monitor Trump communications, going well beyond the scope of the warrant.
