If the Democrats bring DACA recipients, his hands are tied because he has so far refused to rescind Obama’s illegal DACA program. If he continues to refuse to rescind Obama’s illegal DACA program, it becomes Trump’s illegal DACA program.

I don't think it's so much that Trump declines to rescind DACA, but that ICE won't do out of their way to hunt down DACA kids.

If the DACAs go out of their way to call attention to themselves, though, then it may be a different story.

USCIS is still handing out work permits and operating DACA exactly as did did before.
They don’t have to hunt down DACA recipients, but they should at the very least stop adding 150 new recipients every day to the 750,000 already given work permits.
