What does the “hashtag” do?
That creates a Twitter page, similar to your own user home page, but not reliant on a @username.
Any tweet you make with a #hashtag in it will be seen under that hashtag when you go to that page.

The hashtags are not case-sensitive - #TheDailyWin = #thedailywin.
