Put the reporters in jail/prison (gen-pop should do it) until they do reveal the leakers. Simple.
Seems to me the president could get a court order to put surveillance on the reporters who break the illegal leaks, in order to find who the leakers are. If it is indeed illegal to leak classified information, then there is a reasonable belief that a crime will be being committed, therefore a judge should grant the order. Am I wrong?
