This whole thing has 0bama's and Brennan's marxist muzzie fingerprints all over it! Even if jobs have to remain vacant for a while, absolutely NO 0bama regime holdovers should be in ANY appointed position.
But the problem goes deeper - into the intelligence agencies who [WRONGLY] feel that they are not obliged to answer to The Commander in Chief - especially this Commander in Chief. These are spies and rooting them out will be very tough.
