We should all be alarmed that our CIA taps the phones of private citizens like Gen. Flynn.

We should be comforted that our CIA taps the phones of the Russian Ambassador, but alarmed that the CIA would leak the contents of those taps in order to take out a US citizen.

If you think their story is honest, and that just by -coincidence- in the normal course of their duties, they listened in on Flynn, then I got a bridge to sell you.
Flynn was the target.
