Interesting that you mentioned Snowden. When he first went public many on here called him a traitor. In fact, freepers, democrats in Congress and Republicans in Congress all agreed that Snowden was a traitor. In my opinion, he’s a true patriot. And what did he say was hii biggest fear? That the people would do nothing about it. And that’s what has happened.

Agreed - Snowden is a patriot. It’s disheartening to see the masses disregard their right to privacy in the name of security.

I’ve come around to believe that JFK may have been one of the good guys.

It isn’t a fight between Dem and Rep. Or libs and conservatives necessarily. It’s between those who want to control others and those who trust their fellows with freedom. The latter believe in a small constitutional government with consent of the governed. The former use any and all methods to fool people into giving them power.
