The “14 Fish” picture is explained in the very email it was attached to, available to the entire world in the wikileaks archive.
If you are going to deny that, then it is clear that either you haven’t bothered to find and read the email, or you are just making stuff up.
I would suggest anyone who is curious go and check out the actual email for themselves, instead of taking the pizzagate “investigators” at their word. Don’t take me at my word either, go read the email for yourself and see who is telling the truth.
