We have taken a large number in to the USA from these countries in recent years, I know many myself, and the vast majority are Muslim.
It’s not that as individuals when you meet them they seem like bad people, but it’s the ideology of Islam. The rise of Islamic communities in the USA or Oz will have the same outcome it has already had in France or Belgium or elsewhere in Europe where Muslim enclaves have been allowed to grow.
Islam is not compatible with Western society.
Which has nothing to do with whether these ones are.
This is the problem. This isn't statistical analysis. :)
Here's the thing - while President Trump certainly seems to have reservations about this deal, he does at present seem to be leaning towards continuing with it. He is under no obligation to do so. It would cause some minor diplomatic trouble if he backed out, but that's trivial and I don't think he cares about minor diplomatic damage.
If these people were Muslims, do you really think there's a chance in hell, he wouldn't have already completely pulled out of the deal? I don't.
Something about this deal is making him feel like maybe he should go ahead with it?
What is that?
I think it's the fact that he knows who these people are. He knows they are Christians - or at the very least mostly Christians.
And that matches the information I'm also getting from other places.
