Mexico’s National Immigration Institute said Friday it put 91 Cubans on a federal police airplane and flew them back to the island after the Cuban government accepted their return.

Ban means the end of the “wet foot, dry foot” policy which has been in place for decades. This was an 0bama sop to Castro, and a slap at the Cuban people.
Those 0bama sent back are likely not with us any longer.
