David wasn’t born in the USA, so he’s not eligible to run for President.

Anything less than 100% unflawed to too much in God’s eyes. So, there no need to quantify it. That’s why grace is always 100% cover.

Not only King David, but there’s Jonah,(who ran the other way when sent to give the word) Gideon, (a coward who hid in a grainery) Moses,( who killed a man)and Samson, ( who spent most of his life chasing hookers) to name a few of those who God “recycled” to do what he wanted done.
