Advice I give to young men:
No matter how hot she looks, no matter how much you want her, there’s some guy tired of putting up with her crap.

And if you ever want to see “crazy,” say that to a woman.
I was fortunate that I said over the phone. But it was still interesting.
Advice I give to young men (more):
When you are dating you are auditioning a mother for your children.
Bars and night clubs are bad places to look for a good woman.
Watch how she interacts with her family members.
Pay attention to how she treats waiters, busboys, etc.
Don’t assume the reason she chooses you over her ex (for now!) is because you are so special.
If she bad-mouths people (especially her ex!) she will someday bad-mouth YOU.
The behavior she exhibits now will not improve once you are married.
