I do not contest your description of the mechanics of the recount, but I would suggest the process puts the issue of fraud out of reach.

Agree, iirc yesterday's thread reported there could be no recount in districts with the described "discrepancies."

And I inferred from that report that there would be no further investigation into what caused the discrepancies. I.e., the state is likely going to let the fraud go.
