The power of the presidency is awesome, but it is supposed to be bound by you, our citizens. (Applause.) I recall Squadron Officer School, Air Command and Staff College and Air War College teaching me all about our warfighting policies and such, and none of it was classified. Not sure what the heck he’s talking about.
