Something bigger is amiss. You have the Democrats, the Progressives and the Clinton’s. The Clinton’s don’t do stuff like this for the sake of it. They know something and are not letting on.
If I were a betting man I would say their minions went through all the laws in these states and the fed, found something, probably from the early 1900’s and are going to play that card around the 15th of December, just long enough to throw the election to SCOTUS. Who at 3-5 (assuming Roberts really is in the lefts pocket as Obamacare would indicate) will do something to either give Hillary another crack at the brass ring, or keep Obama in place until this all gets sorted out.
