“In fact her next step is to fight for precinct by precinct recounts in Pennsylvania until the vote totals have been sufficiently corrected and revised to drop Donald Trump’s lead in the state from the current 0.8% mark to the 0.5% mark, which in turn would trigger an automatic statewide recount under Pennsylvania state law. So how many mainstream major media outlets are correctly reporting that the PA recount effort is now continuing with a new strategy? There don’t appear to be any.”

STEIN is up to something in Florida too...

EXCERPT:
In Florida, the infamous DS-200 optical scan machine is in use in many parts of the state. Affidavits from voters illegally turned away from the polls are being gathered. And county election officials are reporting that 25,000 absentee ballots were requested but never sent out in Broward County alone.

Unfortunately, Florida law has been changed to make it all but impossible to have a recount. The only avenue for inspecting the ballots is to file a lawsuit contesting the election results, and that must be done by Friday, Dec 2nd.

It's now been almost a month since the election. Is there anything in the law that stipulates a time limit for requesting a recount?

I believe she missed the deadline for precinct by precinct recounts. It was November 21. That’s why she contested the whole state, which was a higher bar requiring proof of fraud. It was her only recourse.

Hm. Can Stein now initiate more precinct by precinct recounts (or recanvassing, or re-whatever)? Can any currently ongoing re-whatevers reduce Trump's margin of victory below 0.5%?

The truth is out there, but I strongly doubt it's that far out there.

There don’t appear to be any.”>>>> recount deadline is past. need three people in each to file complaint and pay $150. she couldn’t get two in any precinct/ward. philly is complete. recounting a computerized system gets the same results. push the button same result. there is only manual counting of provisionals and absentee ballots which have to counted manually. This has been completed. cuz they are actually submitted on paper. it’s done.

Voter recount deadline was Nov. 21. They only had three counties and a Judge throw out one. Philadelphia is complete and was only a small percentage of the total precincts. So I think this is just one last grasp.

Trumps lead would have to drop to under 30k votes to get into automatic recount territory. That’s a loss of 16k votes from where he is.
Isn’t going to happen. All of the provisional and absentee ballots are in from dem areas. No more massive hauls for Hillary. It’s all over. Stein is done. She can blabber all she wants. The media coverage is going to dry up, and when that happens you know it’s over.

and on Kos , A Dem was bragging about doing this ? Was the Chester GOP even observing ?

on Kos , The Chester County (PA) Democratic Committee (CCDC) collected enough affidavits to have at least 60% of our precincts recounted. We collected over 400 affidavits in about 3 days to force this recount. An exceptional effort.

This recount is independent of the court-ordered recount that the Stein campaign cancelled. We took our affidavits directly to Voter Services, not the court system. It is being done at no cost to the petitioners. Two officers of the CCDC led this effort with strong support from our Zone Leaders and Committee Persons. It should be noted that we did this as volunteers for the Stein campaign, not for any other political party or organization. We had good support from the Stein campaign who sent two lawyers to Chester County to help us with the legal details.

It should be noted that we have paper ballots in Chester County which are counted by machine. Chester County is one of only 6 or 8 counties in Pennsylvania which vote using paper ballots.
