If the states can’t complete the recounts by Dec 13th deadline, then those elector votes become void. If all 3 states, MI, WI and PA (total of 46) become void, that would bring Trump to 260.

Perhaps she is hoping the recounts can’t be done in time and they get voided out. I think that is the plan here.

Please do some research. They most certainly do not become void. If the recount isn't completed, the provision is for the legislature in each state to determine for whom the electors for that state will cast their votes. All three states have GOP legislatures.

Doesn’t matter if he does fall below 270. It’s a majority of the EVs. The EVs would be less if those three states are not in the mix, and he still has a majority there, too.
