I posted this scenario a few weeks ago.
Obama will be term-limited out of the White House in 2016, but he has already hinted that he will "stay in Washington DC" after his presidency is over.What he will do is "organize" his civilian force that will have been weaponized by the time he leaves office.
Obama will arise as a leader in exile with his own loyal military, and he will challenge the incoming President with the threat of real force at some point early in the next administration.
Thinking about it further, it explains all the weapons, ammo, body vests, and armor requests from the BLM, USDA, IRS, Social Security, NOAA, and other bureaucratic outfits not expected to be heavily armored.
When Obama is ready, he will make a loyalty call to anyone from these government jobs who supports him, and will mobilize a militarized insurgency within all 50 states. He doesn't need a centralized army, he will have enough force in each state that matters, enough to scare.

That raises a good question, will Trump need to demilitarize these agencies, or just get his own people in place ASAP? He won’t be able to get rid of many entrenched bureaucrats who could undermine his agenda.

The only experience Obama has at real war is on how to lose them.
The complete and utter incompetency of these people is the greatest natural insurance against their achieving a totalitarianistic state.
If they fire one single shot across the bow, the full weight and wrath of an armed American populace will fall heavily upon them. We will have a mass redistribution of guns and ammo.
All of the weapons he has stockpiled against us will be used against him and his cause. And they won’t be finding their way into the hands of terrorists and drug cartels to kill border agents and other citizens with.
If they think the cattle ranchers in Oregon were difficult to deal with, they ain’t seen nothing yet.
There are many thousands of highly-trained, ex-military, patriotic Americans who are capable of building a real insurgency if needed. These people network with each other and keep an ear to the ground. When it starts, they will be the first to go.
Some will get disappeared by the creeps in the intelligence community and foggy bottom, but most will disappear themselves and their families within minutes of it starting. The ones I’m talking about are ready to go right NOW. They don’t need to prep. They are prepped. They will be off the grid and invisible within ten to fifteen minutes, including their families.
This will probably happen before any banking or similar crisis we are usually told will be used by our would-be overlords to take control.
By the time it is over, the left will not know what hit them. There will be millions of DEAD leftists leaders. If they’re smart, they’ll just quietly let Trump do the job we elected him for. The alternative is THEY DIE.
