Diversity doesn’t translate into effectiveness.
Get “diversity” out of our vocabulary. It is not part of the US Constitution, not Bible. Seek the best regardless of ethnic, nor gender makeup.
Yea, they forget cancer is a diverse disease, so not all diversity works. To put someone in a job because of the color of their skin or sex, rather then their ability to do the job is dumb and a recipe for failure, destruction and death.
