Cant leave this at thirteen responses - Ive said a St Jude novena for nine days, the ninth at 00:01 this morning...
...must work!
Yes - our greatest need.
Part of the Divine Intervention was the passionate intercessory prayers of the saints that God would sovereignly move - and He did.
Never has a candidate had more against him on so many sides. Add to that the fact that the only candidate more flawed than Trump is Hillary.
But all of God’s vessels are weak and have chinks in their armour.
Now we indeed need to not gloat or forget this was God - but stay on our faces before Him praying for Trump that he will seek - and receive - wisdom from God in all his decisions - that he too will humble himself before His maker in dependence.
And that God will have mercy on our nation that has rejected Him for so long.......
Peter you wrote:
“”I firmly believe that what we just witnessed was the hand of God, or as my wife called, it, a Lepanto Moment.
Many, many people prayed and fasted in the run-up to this election, and we should all continue to do so.
We need to pray for President Trump, because the attacks on him will be fast and furious from the Left.””
We DO ....we MUST now pray and fast for President Trump...
The glory and hope belong to Him!
Hallelujah!!
There is daily prayer for our country here at FR. It is currently called America Prayer Vigil. Yes...we need to give God all the glory, pray for godly wisdom, for godly counsel to surround President Trump, for angelic protection and for Him to pour out of His Spirit on all flesh that we may truly become One Nation under God.
Thank you Hiskid!

Baruch HaShem!
Amen!
Amen! Give thanks and glory to God for his mercy and patience.
I was very disappointed last night when Trump failed to give thanks to God. I also noticed in his acceptance speech how he spoke of all the things he was going to do. I was reminded of other speeches I’ve heard after 9/11 of how we are going to rebuild and everything is going to be bigger, better, stronger and without acknowledging how nothing is possible without God’s blessing.
Give thanks to God in all things.
