You have to remember that everything with the Clintons is scripted, staged, or pre-planned in advance. I wouldn't put it past Hillary to orchestrate this.
BTW, downtown Raleigh is one of the best in the nation. I've been there several times, and it really is a great city.

That was definitely scripted. It sure as heck wasn’t a “flash mob”.
The dancing was choreographed and rehearsed. There was a big crowd waiting ahead of time on the side to watch.
