I think you are probably right. It’s why I used the word, “risk”.
However, nobody KNOWS what he’ll do until he wins and starts governing. All we can do is speculate and base our opinion on past actions and results. And that can be deceiving. He is, after all, a human being and, being a man myself, I know the heart of man.
He always has had great regard for our troops. No particular reason I can think of for a billionaire to care about that.
