"Madame Secretary, please be advised that shortly after my inauguration in January, 2017, you may want to arrange for a consultation with your legal counsel, in order to determine your rights and responsibilities in the forthcoming investigation into possible criminal acts committed by you and others during your term as Secretary of State."
