Hillary has preempted everything by leaking Trump's remarks. He should preempt the entire debate by focusing on her rapist-enabling past actions, how she pursued a full-blown war on women to help rapists, including her own husband.

No. There are two basic topics: (1) Trump versus Hillary personal issues and (2) their positions on the issues and Hillary’s professional misconduct.
Most of the time needs to be on (2) because therein lies the reasons for voting for Trump.
