His name came up here years ago on some thread and plenty of Freepers knew he was a lefty from way back. I never really thought about his politics until that time but the vast majority of artistes are that way and that is the default position for them until proven otherwise. Since that time there has been plenty of confirmation to his leftist point of view.

Poor Voight is getting crucified on Twitter. Sometimes I hate this country. These Hollywood stars and fans enjoy so much raunch in their movies and shows. They have no right to be horrified by the stupid locker room banter of Trump, WHILE IGNORIING FELONIES AND TREASON OF HILLARY.

Mucho respect for Voight. He’s right up there with Giuliani in my esteem for people. I get a sense of decency from both. Not perfection, but decent, smart men. Plus Voight is a heck of an actor. I haven’t seen many of his movies, but count the ones I have seen very highly.
The country is all frickered up. Leftists have done a great job of demoralizing.
