You might be able to reboot in Safe mode and do a system restore.

Do you have backups? You will need to restore if you do.

Just a warning, if you have an external backup drive I would NOT plug that in until you have made sure you got rid of the virus. You could get that encrypted as well.

...When it starts up again....get a copy of MalwareBytes free program and it will get the bugs out.
