The really good Chinese place in my neighborhood I think is run by a Laotian lady.
She is very nice and knows if nothing else I will go for Crab Rangoon and orange sauce. Whenever I order from there I ask her not to change anything. It’s great as it is.
It’s a small but very well kept up place.

Cindy makes really good phở for $5 and I get it for $4. I and the Vietnamese ladies talked her into doing phở 14 years ago and I made a sign for it. They fed me and my family for free for a month until I insisted that we were to pay for it. I had to accept 20% off. There are 3 or 4 'specials' that are different each day for $4 or it is $5-6 to get anything else off the menu. Phở is Monday and Saturday but it is getting so she will have to extend it to a couple more days because the Saturday and Monday lines are getting too long. Cindy believes in volume and nets more than the white tablecloth restaurants hereabouts.
