I used to know a guy who had that problem.
Some muscle issue that caused his eyes to not align properly.

Eventually he had it surgically corrected. I believe it was hereditary. Did not just suddenly appear later in life.

My brother-in-law had it also...corrected pretty easily by surgery....Hillary’s eye problem is not that.

She has Graves disease due to hyperthyroid condition. It's why she wears the prism glasses. Before she had hypothyroid condition she was hyper which caused her eyeballs to swell and stretch the muscles that keep them in place. She probably had her thyroid removed or killed by an isotope somewhere back in time. She could have had surgery to correct the condition but for whatever reason chose not to. I have some experience in the matter.
