.22 BB rounds. are still penetrable. A.22 long rifle would cause permanent damage. Most assassins use a silenced .22 auto to make a close kill. I believe H&R.
I agree with you.. Today’s air rifles are much stronger than our old ones where you could see the arc of the BB or pellet as it left the muzzle traveling to the target.
We used to have BB gun battles. We would set up hay bales and use the horse pasture. No one ever lost an eye!
