An interesting cast of characters.
The assertion that Metrocare shares the same address as Chelsea Clinton is not supported by a single data point and is contradicted by numerous data points.
Prior to being sold by the Plumbers Union to the condo developer, Mitchell Holdings, the building housed retail & offices. One of those was Metrocare. After being sold to the developer there was months of demolition/prep work. The change of use from commercial to residential occurred in November 2011.

* building ownership transferred in early 2011
* building usage changed from commercial to residential in November 2011
* Metrocare Home Services was merged into Tri-Borough Health Careers in December 2011, and is not located at 21 East 26th Street, NY, NY
If the persons on the site linked to offered a single data point to support their assertion that Metrocare shares the same address as Chelsea Clinton then closer scrutiny might be warranted. They haven’t offered a single thing to support their assertion, and there are numerous points that contradict their assertion. A very few have been shown here.
