Yes, she lost her shoe, but the dropped item happened before losing her shoe and falls just next to the silver cylinder.
Yes, whatever hit the ground was clearly not a shoe. It was metallic, from the look and sound of it, and this happened before her shoe came off. It either came out of her hands or somebody kicked it up into the air from the ground. Just can’t tell.
The SS was clearly more concerned about her image than her health. If somebody feels faint, you sit them down, get them water, etc. Instead they hustled her into the van and off they scooted.
