From 1500 to 1800, during the peak of the New World slave trade, almost all the people who lived in west-central Africa were indigenous.

Let ‘em show up on day one, hand them their diplomas, and say, “There you go. Anything else is trespassing.” Of course, any black who is willing to pay (or earn a scholarship) and are willing to put in the work can earn a real one.
