Charity Navigator has UPGRADED the foundation standing as of TODAY - 9/1/16... I saw on the foundation’s site that Donna Shalala had an announcement of such so I looked at CN to verify...Hmmmm - can’t help but wonder just how cozy the “ongoing relationship” is....Heightened interest merits changing the rating? I guess in the Clinton world of associates it is.
