I agree with you- I have been researching natural foods and medicines and have discovered that 2 spoonful’s of cold fresh sauerkraut mixed with 2 spoons of minced garlic (from a jar) are THE BEST antibiotic I have ever used.

I had one of those nagging coughs and sore throats for almost 4 months at the beginning of the year - you know, the kind where you know you have some sort of upper respiratory infection and you should see a doctor for anti-biotics, and I started reading up on natural antibiotics one night. And took the sauerkraut and garlic.

By the next day I was feeling better and by the day after that it was totally gone..

Since then I have used it when I got a nice scratch on my arm that got all red and infected- gone the next day.

now I take it once a week for purely preventative reasons.

Beets too- I love them now because they make me feel good.

Stop eating BREAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s likely the vinegar and not the cabbage that’s doing the job.

Garlic and onions are good antibiotics.

I’ll remember the sauerkraut and garlic. Thanks.

Wonder if you know a natural treatment for psoriasis?

Try 3-4 beet root capsules a day. Took me a month but of a sudden my back pain has been reduced to just a mild aggravation instead of knife-in-the-back spasms. Blood pressure down to 135/60. (I'm 83, and like the old Timex ads - "Takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin')
