I’m pretty sure any buses of crowd fillers will not be Hillary’s “official” buses. There are two "un-official" buses in that pic. She was supposed to have 4 on her tour. Other buses could be out of frame or one behind that building.

Not saying they didn’t bus people in. They are busing protesters why not bus rally goers as well.
