Perhaps, if they didn't burn down stores in their neighborhoods and/or steal from stores, they'd have better places to shop in.
And since NOTHING stops them from getting on a train or bus and going to market in another neighborhood, I'd say the blame is on THEM !
Agreed. They have food deserts because they steal them out of existence, both internally and externally. They have destroyed a half dozen shopping centers in the St. Louis area then beef about having to drive 50 miles to get designer clothing.
They have no sense of personal responsibility. That is the pathology of the Black lower class that is migrating to the Black Privileged.
