I think it was Limbaugh, yesterday, that pointed out another possibility. Putin would want Hillary in because she’s already proved she’s so easy to buy.

Either way, she’s compromised beyond redemption.

I would point out that Putin is VERY well aware that if he is able to buy someone easily, then so is any other person or nation who can bid higher (like the Chinese or Arabs). Thus, Clinton is not reliably bought, a matter of great concern for any potential buyer.
