I don't think so. The Germans lost because they overextended themselves and the Allies wrecked their supply lines. Montgomery took the upper hand in North Africa simply because Rommel was unable to replenish his ammo, fuel, and broken machines.
Maybe Ike would have had more hair because he would not have to have put up with Rommel’s mouth and smacking PTSD cases.
Germany was making meth under the trade name Pervitin, and apparently civilians and soldiers were using it. Maybe thats how they cured “battle fatigue”.
